1. What we collect
When you upload a file, we store the file itself, the title, description, price, and expiration date you provide. When a buyer accesses a file, we process their payment through Stripe. We do not store payment card details — Stripe handles all payment data.
2. How we use your data
We use your data solely to operate the Zendlock service: storing and delivering your files, processing payments, and calculating payouts. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. File storage
Uploaded files are stored securely in object storage and are only accessible via the unique link you generate. Files are automatically deleted after the expiration date you set.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By using Zendlock, you also agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies
We use two categories of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always active. Analytics cookies are only set after you give consent via the cookie banner.

6. Upload records
When you create a link, we record your IP address, browser user agent, the time of upload, and technical details about the file including its name, size, type, and a cryptographic hash. We keep these records for 12 months after the link expires.
We use this information to operate the service, to prevent abuse, to respond to reports of illegal or infringing content, and to comply with legal obligations. We may share it with law enforcement or rights holders where we are legally required to do so.
